Local Pass (Free Membership)
Our Local Pass offers special discounts to residents with an LA & CA postcode. Please apply online for your Local Pass (one per adult in the household) in advance of your visit. NB - we do not issue passes at the Attraction.
To validate your Local Pass, please bring proof of your address (Driving Licence, Utility Bill etc) on your first visit to the Attraction. On arrival, we will take a photo of each adult pass holder to attach for your record so we can verify your membership each time you visit.
Your Local Pass entitles you to 10% off all year round in our Café and Attraction Shops. Please keep your confirmation email with QR Code to receive your discount.
- 20% off standard admission from 1 April to 31 October
- 50% off standard admission from 1 November to 31 March
The ticket discount is only available on standard tickets (not Family tickets or theatre or special events).
After completing your Local Pass transaction, log in to your account to access discounted tickets. Your account is also where you’ll find your membership QR code for entry to the attraction.
